The Inna team spent two days at the Coburg Town Hall for the local vegan event. It was a great weekend. We spent our time talking with hundreds of people, catching up with familiar faces, and sharing what we do.
At Inna Protein, we focus on clean, reliable nutrition that fits into real life. Spending time with people who show up quietly for their health is always the best part of these events.
Weekend Highlights
- Six flavours on tap: We had our full range ready for sampling.
- New additions: Everyone got to try our newest flavour, Matcha, and taste our clean Unflavoured base.
- The Chef's experiment: A local chef baked fluffy coconut swirls using our faba bean isolate.
- Returning customers: Seeing familiar faces coming back to restock was a fantastic highlight.
Sampling Our Base and Newest Flavour
We brought all six of our flavours along for sampling this time. It was a nice addition to the weekend because it gave everyone a chance to try our newest flavour, Matcha.
It also gave us the opportunity to show people our Unflavoured protein. Trying it on its own is the best way to experience the clean, smooth faba bean base we use across our entire range. Because we use premium, Australian-grown faba beans, you don't get the chalky or gritty texture common in standard plant proteins.

Baking with Faba Bean Isolate
We had a great surprise on Sunday morning. A local chef stopped by our stall on Saturday, took a bag of our faba bean isolate home, and decided to experiment with it in his kitchen.
The next day, he brought us a fresh batch of baked coconut swirls. He substituted a portion of the regular flour with our protein powder. Often, adding plant protein to baking makes the dough heavy and dense. But these swirls kept their light, fluffy texture.
It was a simple, real-world example of how versatile the product is when you want to add clean protein to your daily routine.
The Power of Routine
The best part of the two days was the number of returning customers who stopped by.
We talk a lot about consistency and simple habits. Seeing friendly faces come back to see us means our protein has become a reliable part of your everyday routine.
Thank you to the event organisers for a smooth, well-run weekend, and to everyone who came past to say hello. We will see you at the next one.
