Dispatch and Order Processing

All orders are packed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 12 PM AEST are dispatched the same day. Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking link.

Australia Shipping

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $120 AUD.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $120, live rates are calculated at checkout via Australia Post.

  • Carriers Used: Australia Post, Couriers Please, Toll Priority, and TNT.

  • Delivery Timeframes:

    • Melbourne Metro: 1 to 3 business days

    • Interstate Metro (Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, etc.): 2 to 5 business days

    • Regional Australia, WA, TAS, and NT: 3 to 7 business days

International Shipping (New Zealand, Singapore, USA, Malaysia)

We ship directly to New Zealand, Singapore, and the United States from our Melbourne warehouse. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout using live carrier rates based on weight and final destination.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • New Zealand: 3 to 7 business days

  • Singapore: 4 to 8 business days

  • United States: 6 to 10 business days

  • Malaysia: 4 to 8 business days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes International orders sent to New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia or the USA may be subject to local import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your local government and are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking and Support If your package tracking has not updated after 7 business days (Australia) or 12 business days (International), please contact our support team at hello@innaprotein.com.au with your order number so we can look into it for you.
