Ingredients
120g frozen banana (about 1 medium banana)
4 Medjool pitted dates
1 tbsp (15g) natural peanut butter
250ml unsweetened almond milk (chilled)
1 scoop (30g) Salted Caramel PPP
1 tsp chia seed
4 ice cubes
Method
Blend almond milk, PPP, peanut butter and dates until smooth
Add frozen banana, chia seeds, and ice
Blend until thick and creamy (30-40 seconds)
