Ingredients
120g frozen banana (1 Medium)
2tbsp (20g) oats
200ml coconut water (chilled)
1 scoop (30g) Chocolate PPP
1tsp chia
1tbsp (15g) Almond butter
1tsp honey (optional)
4 ice cubes
Method
Blend coconut water, Chocolate PPP, chia, almond Butter and honey until smooth
Add frozen Banana and ice
Blend on high until smooth and creamy 30-40 seconds
